Fundamentals of Nursing: Clinical Skills

Safe patient care requires nurses to be experts in both assessment and technical clinical skills. This course will help novice nursing students start to master physical assessment and psychomotor skills such as starting IVs, managing an ostomy, or suctioning a patient. Samantha Rhea has extensive clinical experience and has mastered preparing nursing students for clinical practice. Most nursing school clinical labs have one faculty for several students, and it can be difficult to view and learn these skills.
