Guidelines for Abstract Submission:
- Abstracts must be submitted by the primary author in English.
- All abstracts should be submitted electronically through the conference (Call for Abstract) link
- Abstract should not be presented in previous conferences
- The abstract can be submitted only under one of the following categories:
- Oral Presentation
- Poster
- The abstract text must not be more than 250-300 words excluding the title and author’s information.
- Abstract format should include Background, objectives, methods, results and conclusion.
Posters Submission Guidelines
- E-Poster layout Dimensions: 1920 Pixels (Height) x 1080 Pixels (Width), portrait format
- State the title and the authors at the top of your poster in easily readable bold letters
- Indicate the presenting author if different from the first author
- Disclose your potential conflicts of interest
- The text and the illustrations should be readable from a distance of 2 meters
Review Process
- Only completed submission is eligible for review
- Each abstract is peer reviewed by at least two reviewers
- Once the decision has been made on an abstract, no further correspondence will be undertaken on the selection process.
- The authors will be notified of their abstract acceptance by email within 30 days after submission
- Accepted posters will be eligible to get Discount 25 % registration for the presenting author.
- Authors must be standing next to their posters in the allocated time for poster presentation and evaluation.
- Awards will be presented in the closing ceremony for winning posters for the first three
